Delivery Information:

At Stephen’s Fine Foods we will ensure you recieve your order as safely and quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. Please allow 1-2 days at time of dispatch for overnight delivery to most Australian capital cities and up to 3 days for rural areas and Tasmania. Our deliveries are made on Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. To ensure you receive your order we use a reputable courier company and all items sent by Australia Post are registered. Unfortunately we cannot foresee circumstances such as theft or damage whilst in transit. Please ensure your details are correct at the time of ordering.

Please note to avoid disappointment in recieving your order before Christmas the cut off time for deliveries is the Wednesday 14th December 2016.

Delivery Costs:

Our delivery cost is based on weight. For products weighing less than 500g shipping is charged at $9.95, under 1kg is $14.95 & over 1kg is $19.95.

The cost for express postage is $19.95.

We offer free shipping for orders over $200.00. For wholesale and corporate gift hamper orders, freight costs will be calculated at time of ordering. Please contact us to discuss this further.

Credit & Return Policy:

If there is damage or you are not satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money back guarantee from the time you receive your goods. Please contact us at info@stephensfinefoods.com.au to notify us. Please note the returns policy does not apply to used or damaged goods upon receiving your products. You may choose to obtain a credit note to the value of the original purchase. All products must be in their original condition. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. We recommend you return the product via registered post. Stephen’s Fine Foods will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Privacy Policy:

At Stephen’s Fine Foods we do not sell or provide your personal information to a third party. Any personal information you share with Stephen’s Fine Foods is kept private and confidential. If you sign up to our newsletter we occasionally may contact you to inform you about upcoming promotions or specials. We do respect your right to privacy and will not contact you via our newsletter if you request not to.

 

Nutritional Information

The proof is in the pudding and here is why. At Stephen’s Fine Foods we take pride in using the finest Australian and local ingredients. We use only fresh produce and take every care to ensure each ingredient is to the highest quality. We use the finest Australian vine fruit which we source from the Sunraysia region in Victoria. Our fresh bread comes from local suppliers and we crumb the breadcrumbs ourselves. We use fresh farm eggs from a supplier in Kinross farm. We use high quality Australian made Brandy and Apera (Sherry) which we source from the Barossa Valley region in South Australia. The result is a deliciously moist, rich pudding which we are justifiably proud of and know you will enjoy.
